The objective of the course is to examine problems related to mold as encountered during our inspections, the different steps in the protocol, and the decontamination procedure.

Brian will showcase how, as a business partner, he can work with members individually or at the level of the association, to develop successful Marketing initiatives.

Health and safety
An overview of health and safety related elements that should be an integral part of our inspections based on the latest regulations.
Moderator: Isabelle Fleury, building inspector and training program director, InterNACHI-Québec/ AIIICQ.
2:45 p.m. Break, duration 15 minutes
3:00 p.m. Interactive session, duration 1 hour 15 minutes
An exam covering a range of elements that must be part of an inspector’s knowledge base and be effectively addressed in our reports. The answers will be shared thereafter with commentaries and questions as applicable.
